100% refund:
By sending an email with the confirmation reference code and cancellation request up to 48 hours before the departure of the excursion.
In the event that Maxicat or Icon Ibiza were forced to modify or cancel excursions, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy of 104 ( Maxicat ), 70 ( Maxicat 2 ) or 12 ( Icon Ibiza ) passengers
- Technical reasons
- Any other circumstances beyond our control
NO REFUND will be given:
If you do not SHOW UP at the boat, or at the pick-up location, and do not receive notice of cancellation with less than 48 hours of the date of the service, we will proceed to FULL CHARGE the total amount of the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
PRIVATE BOAT RENT.
In accordance with the law (Law 7/1995, of April 6, on the Regulation of Tourism in the Canary Islands), we provide the following information to users and relevant entities: More than 2 weeks before the rental, you will be refunded 100% of the rental amount. Less than 2 weeks before the rental, no refund is possible.
